What co-founding here actually means
You come in at the start, with equity and a say in the strategy, the first hires and the commercial route. We usually have several technologies close to launching stage, already assessed and already matched to a problem. Most founders start from one of those.
Arrive with your own and we will look at it on the same terms as everything else. It has to clear the same assessment and answer a problem we can already name a buyer for.

Who we look for
We build founding teams, not single hires. Three people, and they do not look alike. Tell us which one you are.
Carries the company commercially: raises the next round, is taken seriously by an R&D director, and sells something that does not exist yet.
Takes licensed science out of the lab and makes it work at industrial scale. Technical depth matters more here than commercial experience.
Already has the customer relationships and knows how ingredients get specified and bought.
Food or ingredients experience helps in every seat but is not required. Being taken seriously in the room where the decision gets made is.
