We are looking for an entrepreneurial CEO & Co-Founder to build FOOD FOUNDERS Studio's second B2B FoodTech startup together with us in Switzerland.
At FOOD FOUNDERS Studio, we license breakthrough food technology IP from leading universities, recruit experienced founders, and co-build B2B FoodTech companies designed for acquisition by large food manufacturers.
This is not an accelerator. We build one company at a time, co-found it as operators, and deploy up to CHF 1M directly into the startup. Our first company, SentiaNova, is closing its Seed round within one year and has built a 75+ prospect commercial pipeline.

The opportunity at a glance
This is a CEO & Co-Founder role for the next FoodTech startup created together with FOOD FOUNDERS Studio in Switzerland. We have already shortlisted three prototype-stage technologies in sustainable and nutritious B2B food processing and ingredients. The co-founding CEO will participate in the final selection of the technology that becomes the foundation of the new company.
The role is based in Zurich, Switzerland, with flexible and remote arrangements possible. A second base in the Netherlands is also part of the setup.
The opportunity combines founder equity, committed venture-building resources, and direct access to a hands-on co-founding team.
Founder equity
Up to 70% founder equity for the founding team and future partners.

- Take entrepreneurial responsibility for building FOOD FOUNDERS Studio's second FoodTech startup.
- Evaluate promising technologies from food research and actively influence which solution becomes the foundation of the company.
- Turn scientific substance into a viable B2B business model targeting acquisition by a large food company.
- Bring the selected technology towards market entry, industrial partnerships and scaling.
- Win first B2B customers and build strong relationships within the food industry.
- Lead the fundraising process and create trust with investors, partners and future team members.
- Build your own core team, starting with a CTO, and shape the culture, pace and ambition of the company.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with the FOOD FOUNDERS Studio co-founders across strategy, operations and commercial execution.
What you bring
Experience and mindset that set you up to lead this venture.
- You have already worked as a CEO, founder or C-level leader in a startup.
- You bring strong experience and an active network in the food industry.
- You have fundraising experience and know how to convince investors.
- You understand B2B business models, partnerships and commercialisation in the food industry.
- You can clearly position technological innovation and translate it into a viable business model.
- You speak very good English.
