If it works and is
looking for a home,
we want to hear about it

We source food and beverage technology wherever it has stopped, and we already know which problems the industry will pay to solve.

Good technology stops for reasons that have nothing to do with how good it is

01

University labs

Researchers, technology transfer offices, spin-out teams

Research funding pays for discovery, rarely for turning discovery into a product. The science is sound and the route to market was never funded.

The route for researchers and TTOs
02

Startups that stalled

Founders, boards, administrators, investors holding the assets

The science worked. The runway did not. We can give it a second chance in a new venture.

03

Corporate R&D

R&D directors, open innovation and venturing teams

You develop far more than you can commercialize, and shelved work rarely comes back. We can take it forward without it competing with you.

A company is one outcome, not the only one

Not every technology is ready to be built on, and that is not a rejection. Where the science is strong but early, we work with the owner to get it there.

Sharing it with us does not commit you to anything, and it does not put your IP at risk.

What happens after you write

01

A conversation, not a submission

What it does and what stopped it. No portal, no deck. We reply either way.

02

Assessment against real demand

We test it on four things: the problem it solves, its technical performance, its defensibility, and whether it can be licensed or acquired, all supported by our AI-powered methodology and industry expert boards.

03

A structure that works for both sides

Usually a license, sometimes an acquisition. Nothing is fixed before we have talked.

04

We build the company around it

We co-found it, recruit the team and fund the first stage. You keep your position in what it becomes.

How we take it on

Usually a license, which leaves the IP where it is. We can also acquire it outright, or structure something else. What we do not do is take an option and sit on it.

What we look for

Technology from Europe, demonstrated at lab scale with real food inputs. If you are earlier than that and the science is strong, write anyway. We would rather know three years early than not at all.

Three ways in

You have technology

In a research lab, in a startup that ran out of funds, or on a corporate shelf.
